Our journey began in 1991 in the field of information technology, where we positioned ourselves among the pioneers of the market in Albania and established a strong presence across the region, including Kosovo and North Macedonia. Over time, we evolved into the largest IT Value-Added Distributor (VAD) in the region, expanding into consumer goods distribution and building strategic partnerships with leading international suppliers.

Building on this foundation, the Group has gradually evolved from an operating business into a structured investment platform following a family office model, led by the founding family and focused on the long-term management and growth of capital.

Today, our activities are centered on managing a diversified portfolio of assets, including financial investments in global markets, private equity, real estate in Austria and the Balkans, as well as other investment opportunities with strong growth potential.
